- General overview of 5 Year direction setting Plan provided by the Executive Director

- Community Roadmap Visual provide as background- thank you to Donna Lee Munro for leadership/support in preparing roadmap and highlighting key priorities

- Complimentary document to guide NRC direction for specific Action Items in support of the 5 Year Neighbourhood Plan
- Annual Work Plan to be formally approved at CNRC Board level
- CNRC will give community an update on the 5 Yr Plan and Annual Work Plan at least once a year
- Community Visual- Procter Brothers production (4 part video) was presented
- Production based on resident, NACC membership and stakeholder feedback and interviews in combination with community based visuals
