About the program
Tots in Elmwood (TIE), formerly known as TIE Tykes, focuses on activities that involve both parents and children to support healthy child development.
It is a place to meet other parents and caregivers, where children can enjoy creative playtime, circle time, craft time, and a healthy snack together.
