      • By- Laws developed to have oversight of Board and direction of CNRC- have been posted for the past 21 days and will be approved by an omnibus direction- all Bylaws at once

  • Chalmers 5 Year Neighbourhood Plan (to be adopted)- on website, Facebook, and can be requested via email or in person at 180 Poplar Ave.
    • General overview of 5 Year direction setting Plan provided by the Executive Director
    • Posted and available for review at 180 Poplar and on website
    • Community Roadmap Visual provide as background- thank you to Donna Lee Munro for leadership/support in preparing roadmap and highlighting key priorities
    • Motion to approve the inaugural 5 year Chalmers Neighbourhood Plan
      • moved and seconded – clear majority in favour- Motion carried

    • Annual CNRC Work Plan
      • Brief overview provided by Executive Director
      • Complimentary document to guide NRC direction for specific Action Items in support of the 5 Year Neighbourhood Plan
      • Annual Work Plan to be formally approved at CNRC Board level
      • CNRC will give community an update on the 5 Yr Plan and Annual Work Plan at least once a year
    • Community Visual- Procter Brothers production (4 part video) was presented
      • Production based on resident, NACC membership and stakeholder feedback and interviews in combination with community based visuals
